The APSL Qld is currently circulating a Petition in favour of raising the Single Aged Pension. The goal of this petition is to reduce financial burdens on recently widowed pensioners at a time when they are particularly vulnerable. Nearly a thousand signatures have been obtained so far, but many more are needed.
